Our practice
Campazzi Concierge Medicine is led by Johns Hopkins–trained Earl J. Campazzi, M.D., supported by an experienced team of physicians and advanced practice providers. The Palm Beach Gardens office opened in 2025 to serve our growing membership north of the island, complementing our longstanding office on Royal Palm Way in Palm Beach.

Membership and practice service charges are paid directly to the practice and not billed to insurance. Many services outside the membership — laboratory work, imaging, specialist care — may still be covered by your existing insurance or Medicare.
