Campazzi Concierge Medicine is led by Johns Hopkins–trained Earl J. Campazzi, M.D., supported by an experienced team of physicians and advanced practice providers. For members in the county's northern communities, our Palm Beach Gardens office on US Highway 1 serves North Palm Beach, Juno Beach, Jupiter, and the surrounding area.

Do you accept insurance?
Membership and practice service charges are paid directly to the practice and not billed to insurance. Many services outside the membership — laboratory work, imaging, specialist care — may still be covered by your existing insurance or Medicare. We're happy to explain how membership works alongside your coverage.

Do you make house calls?
Yes. House calls are part of our practice throughout Palm Beach and the surrounding communities.
