Dr. Campazzi designed his primary care concierge medicine program to bring teaching hospital traditions of best practices, thorough assessment, and teamwork to your medical care. He will coordinate with your team of physicians locally or out of state to facilitate your continuity of care.

Campazzi Concierge Medicine and its practitioners do not accept insurance. Referred services that may be covered by insurance (based on your policy) include imaging, lab processing of blood work, specialist visits, and hospitalization.
